We can proudly say that nine condo high-rises in the greater Miami area have our steel in every wall on the property. We managed to provide steel for up to 5 simultaneous projects via our turnkey process that we have managed to perfect. We worked with Drywall framing companies to place the orders with a 2-3 week turn around, we customized all the lengths needed and even customized punch outs on the stud to better facilitate our customers’ needs. We can transform any architectural plans into a complete CFS structure using our advanced engineering software. We then fabricate off-site within our factory. This streamlines the building process and allows us to catch any conflicts between the architectural plans and the structural engineering plans before they reach the jobsite.

Our machines allow us to roll steel from 25GA to 14GA thickness and create framing members from 1-5/8” to 8”. Being able to roll these wide range of materials means we can build all types of custom structures.
